Health OR Wealth? OR both?
"When health is absent, wealth is useless." These words were quoted by an ancient Greek physician Herophilus.
Health can bring you wealth but wealth does not guarantee health. Treating diseases and abnormalities is not health, but a struggle for survival. Health is something that makes you feel safe and peaceful. These are my own thoughts.
We keep struggling our whole life for earning and still end up not satisfied with ourselves. All the billionaires and millionaires have an hour or two in their daily routine for a mild exercise that keeps them fit and healthy. Exercise helps you maintain your focus, your abilities and your charisma.
Excessive use of electronic devices and social media have made our minds tired and unfocused. We create thousands of excuses to deprive ourselves of fitness. Everyday work, everyday chores, everyday needs and everyday thoughts collectively make a huge burden on our shoulders and try to bend our spine.

Your cholesterol, glucose, fats and many other constituents of your body can heavily effect your present as well as your future. Keeping them in balance is the ultimate struggle and struggle leads to success.

Start with a 30 mins walk/day and continue for 2-3 weeks. Then increase your time to 1 hour gradually over a period of 2 months and you will observe the benefits and effects.
